So, once you have an inspection scheduled with us, what happens next?
Your expert inspector will arrive in a Rhino-Back Roofing vehicle and introduce themselves before getting up on the roof. Once they are up on the roof they will photo document the roof and review the results with you.
Your inspector will let you know if you do not have any viable storm damage. If no storm damage is found, no claim will be filed.
For your piece of mind your inspector is an expert in the insurance process and is there to answer any questions and assist you through the process. If storm damage is found the decision to act is up to you.
If you have any questions prior to your appointment, we encourage you to write them down. Our inspector will take the time to answer them with you. Please be aware, due to high demand we strongly encourage you to keep your set day and time. There is no cost associated with the appointment and zero pressure, your inspector will focus on answering your questions. We look forward to meeting you!
