Very professional , and pleasant to work with. Crew came after dumpster delivered, and they worked all day, prepared the house with tarp to cover shrubs, and cleaned up all day after themselves . Very attentive to your needs, and very helpful thru the first interview with Mike, who took the time to show me the whole process, and got me in as soon as possible, as I had a leak. Provided a new roof. Stripped off 2 layers of shingles. Installed 2 new skylights and re-flashed others. Did a fabulous job, showed up on time, finished on time. CLEANED UP!

Everyone was very professional from the beginning of the process. The quality of the roof and the work is excellent. They came on time, and everything was done on the same day without any issues. Their customer service is excellent as well.
During the quoting stage, I was presented with options and given clear explanations on the pros and cons of each. They went beyond what anyone else did and made recommendations that others overlooked, but made perfect sense to do. The work was completed as scheduled and clean up was thorough. Even after the job was done and paid for, Mike made a point of following up to see if I had any questions or problems. Total professionals! Mike and team recently replaced our roof, a number of skylights and added a rubber roof on a low pitch addition. As we went through the quoting process, Mike outlined various options and came up with some creative solutions that were very competitive on pricing. Michael advised us what was going to happen and when. His team arrived when they said they would. They worked quickly and efficiently. The work was done when Michael told us they’d be done, and they even CLEANED UP after themselves. My wife was enthusiastic about that last part. So much that she noted that she wised I’d clean up after myself the way Rhino-Back Roofing does. And best of all, our roof looks AMAZING. I’ve got three compliments from friends since the Canton CT Roofing job was done and they all wanted to know who did the work!

My wife and I shopped this job the best we could. We requested quotes from four companies for our roof replacement, skylight replacement and chimney repair of which two of the companies were referred by neighbors. Two of the four were not able to quote the chimney repair but the quotes were itemized so we were able to compare apples to apples. The difference between the highest and the lowest was $1,500 on the roof replacement. The shingles offered were Corning and Timberline. We read every review we could find on both and found that Corning had a slight edge because it has a nailing strip. This wasn’t a make or break difference. We had four quotes from well-reviewed and experienced roofing contractors so we based our decision on who we thought would be the most likely to do the best job, expert and clear communication on remedy for existing roof leak and ice damming, the most likely to return to fix a problem, price and value. Rhino-Back Roofing was the clear choice. The job took three days, the roof looks great, the skylights fit perfect and the chimney looks awesome. The service was professional and the cleanup was good.

Everything went well. Mike was even patient when we changed a few items a few times. He worked with us the entire time. We felt confident in their ability to meet our expectations and they did. The clean up was also excellent. They even sent someone back after to triple check for remaining nails. Excellent work all around. Complete roof replacement on 1904 home in historic district. Cedar shakes under two layers of asphalt removed, complete new decking, ice and water shield, replaced flashing where needed. Complex job, lots of dormers and odd angles. Mike and his crew were professional, thorough, punctual and efficient. The whole thing finished on budget and on schedule. When we encountered an unanticipated situation, they worked with us to find an economical and effective solution. I felt like part of the process from start to finish. All aspects were explained thoroughly from the day of the estimate, which was much appreciated. They cleaned up the site very well when finished. They showed up,when they said they would, and finished when they said they would. All around a very positive experience.
