Everything went great from start to finish. Mike presented a professional explanation of what they would do and what materials they would use. The contract was written specifically showing exactly what Mike had indicated. When the time came for our roof to be done Josh and his crew showed up on time, I was walked around our house and told how they were going to protect the siding and landscaping. Excellent! Mike (owner) and his crew (led by on site foreman, Caesar) reported to the job at the appointed time. They answered all my pre work questions and concerns and began work. They proceeded to strip the previous roof and replace the existing skylight in less than a day. I am so impressed with their workmanship and the results. Mike was back several times during the day to check on progress and address any possible complications. Stripping the original materials and dropping them in a designated area resulted in a spotless cleanup of a messy job. They were done in a day and when they left you could not tell that they were there, as my deck (drop area) was spotless. Their work has enhanced the value of my property at a very fair price.
The entire experience has been pleasant. Mike was polite and professional. The job was scheduled just a couple of weeks after the contract was signed and they did show up on time. They completed the job in 1 day and cleaned up the yard afterward. The roof looks refresh and neat and the material looks durable. So far I have not complaints.

Provided a new roof. Stripped off 2 layers of shingles. Installed 2 new skylights and re-flashed others. Did a fabulous job, showed up on time, finished on time. CLEANED UP!

Everything went well. Mike was even patient when we changed a few items a few times. He worked with us the entire time. We felt confident in their ability to meet our expectations and they did. Love, love, love my new roof. An investment like this can be rather daunting but Rhino Back Roofing made it to easy. Out of the 5 contractors I reached out to, Mike spent the most time with us. He explained everything in detail, what he recommends, why he uses the products he does and answered all our questions. He is very knowledgeable and you can tell very passionate about his business. The team came and finished the roof in 1.5 days. They worked very hard, were very polite and did a good job cleaning up. The project manager Josh was onsite during the entire job and made sure everything was being done correctly and to answer any of our questions. The tiles we picked out look great on the house: Sedona Canyon. Its hard to tell from looking at a small sample. My wife and I shopped this job the best we could. We requested quotes from four companies for our roof replacement, skylight replacement and chimney repair of which two of the companies were referred by neighbors. Two of the four were not able to quote the chimney repair but the quotes were itemized so we were able to compare apples to apples. The difference between the highest and the lowest was $1,500 on the roof replacement. The shingles offered were Corning and Timberline. We read every review we could find on both and found that Corning had a slight edge because it has a nailing strip. This wasn’t a make or break difference. We had four quotes from well-reviewed and experienced roofing contractors so we based our decision on who we thought would be the most likely to do the best job, expert and clear communication on remedy for existing roof leak and ice damming, the most likely to return to fix a problem, price and value. Rhino-Back Roofing was the clear choice. The job took three days, the roof looks great, the skylights fit perfect and the chimney looks awesome. The service was professional and the cleanup was good.

Spent time figuring out our problem (ice dams and water damage) which happened to be structural. Replaced the roof on the full dormer, correcting the problem and moisture proofing. Done in less than a day and cleaned up as well. Knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

We had 3 other contractors look at our roof before choosing Rhino-Back, and we have no doubt we made the right decision! Part of our roof is a low pitch that was added onto the house- the roof installed on this part of the house was designed for a steeper pitch, and we had some leaking in the fall… Mike came over as a courtesy and helped us come up with a solution at that time, which got us through the winter with no issues. This spring, Rhino-back replaced our entire roofing system. Most of the house was shingles- we had a rubber roof installed on the low pitch section. Rhino-Back’s team was quick, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves…. not to mention the new roof looks great! They followed up to make sure the property was spotless and we were satisfied- which it was and we certainly were! Complete roof replacement on 1904 home in historic district. Cedar shakes under two layers of asphalt removed, complete new decking, ice and water shield, replaced flashing where needed. Complex job, lots of dormers and odd angles. Mike and his crew were professional, thorough, punctual and efficient. The whole thing finished on budget and on schedule. When we encountered an unanticipated situation, they worked with us to find an economical and effective solution. I felt like part of the process from start to finish. All aspects were explained thoroughly from the day of the estimate, which was much appreciated. They cleaned up the site very well when finished. They showed up,when they said they would, and finished when they said they would. All around a very positive experience.
