Have a roof stripped and reshingled is an extremely stressful experience, both mentally and financially but, I was impressed with the quality, timeliness, and professionalism of Mike, Tim, and the other guys showed before, during, and after my roof project. Rhino Back (Mike) was the ONLY company who checked up in my attic for circulation; all the others were going to give me venting I didn’t need. Tim walked me through the process and kept me informed every step of the way. I had several ex and current builders watching the project and was told the workmanship was top notch; especially in regards to the chimney flashing and vapor barriers. When the job was completed, the guys made sure every nail was picked up. They even sent someone the following day to clean up after dumpster removal and do one more trip around the yard for anything that might have been missed.
Out of all of the companies that bid on our roof replacement, Mike was the only one who took the time to explain every detail of the project, including his findings from inspecting our attic and covered porch areas. He thoroughly reviewed with us the superior quality of his product (Owens Corning) vs the shingles and underlayment used by other companies. Our own research confirmed what Mike had shared. The crew was fantastic - thorough, clean, polite, and fast! They completed our large project in a single day. Great communication, very customer focused, competitive pricing and a very experienced crew. Mike is running a stellar company; Josh (the foreman for our house) was extremely personable and spent plenty of time walking me around the day (single - they did our roof in about 7 hours) explaining what was going on. They were competitive in price in the area, are committed to the community, and the work is top notch. We're so happy with the work (and the look of the new roof!), we've recommended them to at least 3 friends. You won't be disappointed.
Very professional , and pleasant to work with. Crew came after dumpster delivered, and they worked all day, prepared the house with tarp to cover shrubs, and cleaned up all day after themselves . Very attentive to your needs, and very helpful thru the first interview with Mike, who took the time to show me the whole process, and got me in as soon as possible, as I had a leak. Josh, the supervisor, was in and out all day, and very helpful, too. I have lived in my home 40yrs and this is my 3 roof. Never felt so confident, that this was the best job ever. Thanks Mike.

Mike’s informative overview of the project process and materials used was a step above his competition in terms of detail and genuine attentiveness to my questions. He also scheduled the project to meet my time schedule. The project itself was completed quickly and professionally by six of the hardest working people I have ever seen. Josh, their foreman, carefully supervised his crew and checked in with me to answer any questions I had. Mike did a great job selecting the appropriate color tiles. The timeline of the project was laid out and all deadlines were met or exceeded. The new roof sections were seamlessly matched to the existing roof–the workmanship is excellent The cleanup was impeccable. The entire team was very professional and great to work with. Rhino-Back Roofing was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. A phone call to them was promptly returned. Mike T scheduled an appointment to meet with my wife and I the next day. A dead tree fell on our roof and caused significant damage. Mike was able to assess the damage, recommend what needed to be done and assisted us with negotiating a settlement with our insurance company. The work was done as scheduled and completed in one day (strip damaged roof over two car garage, install ridge vent, replace shingles, replace gutters and check main roof. Clean-up was outstanding. It was a pleasure dealing with the foreman the day of the job. I am extremely pleased with the over-all experience and finished product. Rhino-Back Roofing has earned my highest recommendation.

Rhinoback is one of the best contractors I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Owner Mike T is very pleasant and professional, and the manufacturer he uses, Owens-Corning, is top-notch. Mike explained everything in detail – roofing materials, the Owens-Corning warranty, and every step of the installation process --- and was the only one of the roofers who bid on the project to actually inspect the attic and crawl spaces to make sure the wood infrastructure was sound. Installation took one day – the crew of seven showed up at 7 am and by 6 pm the roof was finished, all debris was cleaned up, and the house looked terrific. Production manager Josh was on site all day to answer questions, and came back the next day to make sure that every old nail and shingle had been thrown away. You’d think such quality would be prohibitively expensive (and roofing is by nature costly) but Rhinoback’s price was mid-range of all the estimates I received. I highly recommend Rhino-Back!
We just had our roof done, and were very pleased with RhinoBack. Mike and his team were great to work with and followed through to make sure we were completely satisfied with the new roof – even after paid in full. They were very responsive and came back a couple of times to make sure they cleaned everything up (had to wait for the snow to melt on the ground). We got several quotes for our roof, but I’m glad we went with RhinoBack and would absolutely recommend them to friends.

They were great. Came on time, finished quickly – earlier than expected. Very professional. Great owners and staff. Easy to contact. They called and kept us informed on every step of the project. A storm was coming in and they stayed late to make sure the project was finished so we would not have problems with leaks. They made sure to cleanup and the workmanship is wonderful. We have dealt with many contractors (fired a few) through the years and Rhino-Back roofing is the best. We would recommend them 100% percent. Great quality, workmanship and they made that we were happy.

Rhino-Back Roofing was fantastic from start to finish. They spent a lot of time evaluating the job, answering questions, explaining the process and the products they would use. They provided a very detailed estimate. They were able to schedule the job very quickly since it was estimated at a 1/2-day project. They gave us feedback on everything we would need to do to prep for the project – acquiring a dumpster, clearing some trees – and then gave us updates as materials were delivered, followed by check-ins to ensure the materials were correct. The crew is fantastic – very respectful and friendly. They work quickly and efficiently – clearly have been a team for a while. They needed to do some extra repair work once the old roof was removed, and quickly got the materials they needed and made the repairs. Due to that, they thought they might need extra time, but they were still able to finish by the end of the day. Their clean-up was phenomenal – they checked all around the premises for pieces of roofing, nails, etc. They came by to do a walk-around to check on the work. The quality of the roofing materials is fantastic – wish that our whole house had these products! They stayed in touch regarding the warranty papers and even sent a beautiful thank you gift. Provided a new roof. Stripped off 2 layers of shingles. Installed 2 new skylights and re-flashed others. Did a fabulous job, showed up on time, finished on time. CLEANED UP!
