We recently had the best experience ever with Rhino-Back Roofing! Who ever thought putting a roof on your house and spending tons of $$$ would be great??? We DO. Never have I had a company so concerned for customers and their home. The Rhino-Back guys were professional and courteous and so detail oriented. I did get a few estimates for our job and Rhino-Back fell in the middle, but from a customer service perspective it was above and beyond and worth so much more! Mike came out and spent over 45 minutes explaining the entire project and costs, Josh called the day before and discussed all the details, the job was completed in one day, and the follow-up and cleanup were perfect. Mike and team recently replaced our roof, a number of skylights and added a rubber roof on a low pitch addition. The roofing project went great! Starting with the initial estimate, Mike, the owner, was very clear and enthusiastic in presenting his company and the shingle roofing system they use. His pricing was also very reasonable. He was flexible on the start date as he knew I was starting a new job soon and wanted to be home the day of the job. On that day, Josh, the project supervisor was here about a half hour earlier than the start time. He was friendly and easy to talk to and answered any last questions I had as he explained how the job would proceed. The roofing team arrived a little early and immediately got to work. It was really amazing how energetic and efficient his crew was. They were nonstop action from beginning to end aside from a well deserved lunch break and finished the job in one day. I was expecting it would take two days so was pleasantly surprised. They also cleaned up my property very well and Josh even stopped by the next day to do a more detailed cleanup of smaller material. Finally, Mike followed up with a phone call a few days after completion to see if I had any questions or concerns. Rhino-Back did a great job and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement or any type of roof work!

From the initial meeting to educate me on roof shingle replacement to the follow up before starting the job, Mike the owner is the consummate professional. Mike walked me through every detail and didn’t assume I knew or didn’t know anything about my roof. Once his crew showed up, they worked tirelessly throughout the day to complete the job. I have a 2500 sg ft colonial home, so it was realistic to think that if could take two days. Josh the foreman was checking in with me throughout the day, which was a Saturday by the way, to make sure I was happy with everything. Josh showed up the day before to walk me through the process and showed up the Monday after to make sure I was happy with everything. I strongly recommend using these guys, I have had my roof priced from other contractors in the area and in some cases the cost was double.

They did a great job. They deserve to have good feedback. I was satisfied that they knew about the problems with my roof. They did the preliminary checkup in a much more thorough manner than any other company. Rhino came in and told me up front what the problems were and what they could do. My house was built in 1938, but they were able to assess it very quickly and correctly. I would like to recognize Mike, the installer, and Josh, the foreman. They are both very open, straightforward, and did a good job. I don’t normally do these things, did such a good job that I wanted to make sure they got my positive feedback.

Mike’s informative overview of the project process and materials used was a step above his competition in terms of detail and genuine attentiveness to my questions. He also scheduled the project to meet my time schedule. The project itself was completed quickly and professionally by six of the hardest working people I have ever seen. Josh, their foreman, carefully supervised his crew and checked in with me to answer any questions I had. This is the first time I have been involved with hiring a firm for a big project. The roof is large with a high pitch and several sections. I was really nervous. I have to say the Mike (the owner) made this process so easy and it couldn't have been a better experience. Mike arrived promptly for our initial meeting . He presented himself in a professional, yet friendly manner. Our roofing project was described to us in great detail and he took great care in answering each and every one of our questions. Mike's passion for his job was evident. After selecting Rhino Back to do the job, we were pleased to see that the crew (supervised by Josh who was also great to work with) arrived on time each morning. Care was taken to protect our many plants and the clean-up process was very thorough. Our roof, gutters and skylights look great. We would highly recommend this Rhino Back crew to everyone.
