We had 3 other contractors look at our roof before choosing Rhino-Back, and we have no doubt we made the right decision! Part of our roof is a low pitch that was added onto the house- the roof installed on this part of the house was designed for a steeper pitch, and we had some leaking in the fall… Mike came over as a courtesy and helped us come up with a solution at that time, which got us through the winter with no issues. This spring, Rhino-back replaced our entire roofing system. Most of the house was shingles- we had a rubber roof installed on the low pitch section. Rhino-Back’s team was quick, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves…. not to mention the new roof looks great! They followed up to make sure the property was spotless and we were satisfied- which it was and we certainly were! Very professional , and pleasant to work with. Crew came after dumpster delivered, and they worked all day, prepared the house with tarp to cover shrubs, and cleaned up all day after themselves . Very attentive to your needs, and very helpful thru the first interview with Mike, who took the time to show me the whole process, and got me in as soon as possible, as I had a leak. Josh, the supervisor, was in and out all day, and very helpful, too. I have lived in my home 40yrs and this is my 3 roof. Never felt so confident, that this was the best job ever. Thanks Mike.

This is the first time I have been involved with hiring a firm for a big project. The roof is large with a high pitch and several sections. I was really nervous. I have to say the Mike (the owner) made this process so easy and it couldn't have been a better experience. Mike arrived promptly for our initial meeting . He presented himself in a professional, yet friendly manner. Our roofing project was described to us in great detail and he took great care in answering each and every one of our questions. Mike's passion for his job was evident. After selecting Rhino Back to do the job, we were pleased to see that the crew (supervised by Josh who was also great to work with) arrived on time each morning. Care was taken to protect our many plants and the clean-up process was very thorough. Our roof, gutters and skylights look great. We would highly recommend this Rhino Back crew to everyone.
They did a great job. They deserve to have good feedback. I was satisfied that they knew about the problems with my roof. They did the preliminary checkup in a much more thorough manner than any other company. Rhino came in and told me up front what the problems were and what they could do. My house was built in 1938, but they were able to assess it very quickly and correctly. I would like to recognize Mike, the installer, and Josh, the foreman. They are both very open, straightforward, and did a good job. I don’t normally do these things, did such a good job that I wanted to make sure they got my positive feedback.

Mike did a great job selecting the appropriate color tiles. The timeline of the project was laid out and all deadlines were met or exceeded. The new roof sections were seamlessly matched to the existing roof–the workmanship is excellent The cleanup was impeccable. The entire team was very professional and great to work with. My wife and I shopped this job the best we could. We requested quotes from four companies for our roof replacement, skylight replacement and chimney repair of which two of the companies were referred by neighbors. Two of the four were not able to quote the chimney repair but the quotes were itemized so we were able to compare apples to apples. The difference between the highest and the lowest was $1,500 on the roof replacement. The shingles offered were Corning and Timberline. We read every review we could find on both and found that Corning had a slight edge because it has a nailing strip. This wasn’t a make or break difference. We had four quotes from well-reviewed and experienced roofing contractors so we based our decision on who we thought would be the most likely to do the best job, expert and clear communication on remedy for existing roof leak and ice damming, the most likely to return to fix a problem, price and value. Rhino-Back Roofing was the clear choice. The job took three days, the roof looks great, the skylights fit perfect and the chimney looks awesome. The service was professional and the cleanup was good.

Rhino-Back did an excellent job, on time and on budget. They completed the work in one day and did a thorough job of post installation cleanup, even coming back after the job to clean up screened in porch that had roof removal debris in hard to reach places. I would recommend them to anyone who wants the best roofing products installed by a professional, accountable contractor.

The work was done when Michael told us they’d be done, and they even CLEANED UP after themselves. My wife was enthusiastic about that last part. They replaced my roof and all the wood under the shingles. They did a phenomenal job all in one day. They had 8 people working on it. Everything was done exactly when and how it was described. When at the last minute, I asked for a postponement until a day when we wouldn’t be home to hear all the noise, there was no problem. It looks great and the cleanup was perfect.
