Very professional and friendly. No hard sell or bad mouthing of competitors. Took the time to explain their product, what needed to be done and answer our questions. Generous selection of colors and styles. Worked with OUR schedule, greatly appreciated considering our roof was leaking and causing interior damage. They also went to great lengths not to destroy our flower beds. Meticulous clean up when finished. Appreciated the follow up contact after work was completed. Highly recommend this company. I wish they hung sheetrock and did tree removal.

was extremely pleased with Rhino-Back roofing owner Mike's attention to detail and completeness when explaining the roofing system, products, cost estimate and warranty. During the follow-up to the estimate, when we discussed some changes, Mike was prompt and very responsive via email and phone to resolve any issues. The Rhino-Back crew stripped all shingles, removed and replaced about 25 sheets of damaged or moldy plywood, replaced 2 skylights, and re-shingled the roof, all in only 1 day. The clean-up was thorough, and there was even a second clean-up person that came the following day to get any small debris that was missed by the roofing crew. This is a 5-star outfit, in my view, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone with a roofing issue.

Everyone was very professional from the beginning of the process. The quality of the roof and the work is excellent. They came on time, and everything was done on the same day without any issues. Their customer service is excellent as well.

Mike and his team were extremely helpful at solving our complex roofing needs, (flat leaking roof with very poor drainage). Mike (owner), Josh (supervisor), and Jessica (office) did an amazing job of marketing and follow through. The whole operation took 3 days, day 1 dumpster & materials arrived, day 2 old roof gone/new roof on, day 3 dumpster gone. Josh did an excellent job of supervision and final touch ups and clean up. The crew did an excellent job. A very professional job by everybody from Rhino Back Roofing. I would recommend them to anybody.

Rhino-Back Roofing was fantastic from start to finish. They spent a lot of time evaluating the job, answering questions, explaining the process and the products they would use. They provided a very detailed estimate. They were able to schedule the job very quickly since it was estimated at a 1/2-day project. They gave us feedback on everything we would need to do to prep for the project – acquiring a dumpster, clearing some trees – and then gave us updates as materials were delivered, followed by check-ins to ensure the materials were correct. The crew is fantastic – very respectful and friendly. They work quickly and efficiently – clearly have been a team for a while. They needed to do some extra repair work once the old roof was removed, and quickly got the materials they needed and made the repairs. Due to that, they thought they might need extra time, but they were still able to finish by the end of the day. Their clean-up was phenomenal – they checked all around the premises for pieces of roofing, nails, etc. They came by to do a walk-around to check on the work. The quality of the roofing materials is fantastic – wish that our whole house had these products! They stayed in touch regarding the warranty papers and even sent a beautiful thank you gift.
