Active Leak Repaired

Issue: This customer was having an active leak that was coming from the chimney flashing. They had chimney work done and the flashing was pulled back, letting in water.

Solution: In this situation, we were able to repair the flashing around the chimney. Since the leak was caused only by the flashing and the rest of the roof was in good condition we did not have to do a full replacement. This repair prevents future leaks and extends the life of their existing roof.
